Team
The Development Strategy Consultants (DSC) team offers a wide range of nonprofit experience in the areas of strategic development, event planning, fundraising, and board governance. The team both understands fundraising fundamentals and takes a fresh approach to each assignment. The matching of the right skill set to an individual project has a proven history of success, minimizing ramp-up time and training and thereby eliminating the stress often associated with bringing in "outside" support. DSC prides itself on getting to know its nonprofit client and seamlessly becoming a part of the organization with no disruptions - just results.
DSC dives into a project by asking the right questions to lay the groundwork where strategy and action deliver fundraising results.
